Refund policy
At Zayma, we want you to love every purchase you make. If something isn’t right, we’re here
to help with easy returns and replacements.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
● The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
● The size received is different from what was ordered.
● The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
● All original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact.
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect:
● Products purchased during sale or clearance events
● Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)
● Used, washed, altered, or tag-removed items
● Customized or made-to-order products
3. Replacement Policy
We offer replacements for:
● Wrong item delivered
● Damaged or defective products
● Size exchange (subject to stock availability)
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
4. Refund Timeline
● After the returned item passes quality inspection, refunds will be processed within
5–7 business days.
● Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
● COD orders may be refunded via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit.
5. Exchange / Size Change
● One-time size exchange may be allowed per order, subject to availability.
● Reverse pickup and reship timelines may vary by location.
6. Important Notes
● Slight color variation due to photography or screen settings is not considered a
defect.
● Minor thread irregularities or handcrafted variations may occur and reflect artisanal
craftsmanship.
