Zayma Circle Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Zayma Circle is the loyalty programme of Zayma, operated by Zayma Apparels Private Limited (“Zayma”, “we”, “us”) for eligible customers of zayma.in. Members earn Zayma Coins on eligible purchases and other rewards, and can use them for a discount on future orders on zayma.in. By taking part in Zayma Circle you agree to these terms, which apply alongside our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility

  • Zayma Circle is open to customers who place orders on zayma.in with a customer account. Coins are recorded against the customer account used for the order.
  • You become a Member when your first order becomes a successful order (see section 3).
  • To see and use your Coins you need to be signed in to your account. One person may hold one Zayma Circle membership.
  • Orders placed on other marketplaces or channels do not earn Coins.

3. Membership Tiers

Your tier depends on the number of successful orders you have placed. A successful order is an order that has been delivered, whose 7-day return and replacement window has passed, and that was not cancelled, returned to origin (RTO) or fully returned. One order counts once, however many items it contains.

A new earning rate applies from the order after the one that unlocks the tier. For example, your 3rd successful order earns at the Member rate and the Insider rate starts with your 4th. Tiers are not currently reduced over time.

4. Earning Zayma Coins

  • Purchase Coins: earned on the eligible merchandise value you actually paid, after discounts, including GST, and excluding shipping charges, gift cards and free promotional items. Coins are rounded down to whole Coins.
  • Loyalty bonuses: 50 Welcome Coins on your 1st successful order, 25 on your 2nd, 50 on your 3rd, 75 on your 5th and 100 on your 6th.
  • Birthday Coins: see section 7.
  • Zayma may also offer other rewards from time to time, such as review or campaign Coins. Their amount, conditions and validity are shown when they are offered.
  • Purchase Coins and loyalty bonuses are shown as pending until the order becomes a successful order. They become available to use 7 days after delivery. Coins on an order that is cancelled, returned to origin or fully returned are removed while still pending. If part of an order is refunded before the Coins become available, Coins are earned only on the value you kept.
  • You can earn Coins on bundle offers (such as Buy 2 Get 1), but Coins cannot be redeemed on bundle offers.

5. Coin Redemption

  • 1 Zayma Coin is worth ₹1 off a future order on zayma.in.
  • You can redeem from 100 Coins, in the steps offered at checkout, up to 15% of the eligible value of your order.
  • Coins cannot be redeemed on bundle offers and may not combine with some other offers; checkout shows what can be applied.
  • When you redeem, the Coins that expire soonest are used first. Each remaining batch of Coins keeps its own expiry date.
  • Coins are deducted from your balance when the order is placed.

6. Customer-Cancelled Orders

If an order placed using Zayma Coins is cancelled by the customer, the redeemed Coins will be permanently forfeited and will not be credited back to the customer's Coin balance.

No further Coins are deducted when this happens: the Coins left your balance when the order was placed. If Zayma cancels an order, for example because an item is out of stock, a payment fails or we cannot deliver, the Coins redeemed on it are returned to your balance or reviewed by our team. Where it isn't clear who cancelled an order, our team reviews it before any decision is made. Nothing in this section limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law.

7. Birthday Coins

  • Member: no Birthday Coins. Insider: 100 Birthday Coins. Muse: 200 Birthday Coins.
  • Add your birthday in My Rewards at least 30 days before your birthday to receive that year’s gift. Birthdays can be added once; corrections are made by our team.
  • Birthday Coins are credited 20 days before your birthday and expire 30 days after the day they are credited.
  • The gift is based on your tier on the day the Coins are credited. One birthday gift per birthday; gifts are not issued late, backdated or more than once, and a later tier upgrade does not add to a gift already given.
  • For a 29 February birthday, 28 February is used in years without a 29 February.

8. Coin Validity & Expiry

  • Different kinds of Coins can have different validity. Every batch of Coins you receive has its own expiry date, shown in My Rewards.
  • Purchase Coins and loyalty bonuses are valid for 90 days from the day they become available. Birthday Coins are valid for 30 days from the day they are credited. Other rewards follow the validity shown when they are credited.
  • Coins expire at 11:59 pm India time on their expiry date. Only Coins still unused on that date expire.
  • Expired Coins cannot be reinstated.

9. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Returns, refunds and exchanges follow our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Coins earned on an order are confirmed only after the return window. Coins on items that are returned or refunded within that window are not earned.
  • Coins redeemed on an order that is later returned or refunded are not refunded as cash. Whether they are returned to your Coin balance is decided by our team for each case.

10. Fraud & Misuse

We may withhold, reverse or cancel Coins, or suspend participation, where we reasonably believe Coins were obtained or used through fraud, misuse, abuse of offers, repeated cancellations, errors, or a breach of these terms. Where appropriate we will tell you what happened and how to contact us.

11. Account Restrictions

  • Zayma Coins, including Birthday Coins, are personal to your account. They cannot be transferred, sold, combined with another account or exchanged for cash.
  • Coins have no cash value and are not legal tender.
  • If your account is closed, any remaining Coins are cancelled.

12. Changes to the Programme

We may change, suspend or end Zayma Circle or these terms, subject to applicable law. We will give reasonable notice of material changes on zayma.in. Coins already credited to your balance keep the expiry date shown on them.
